(EN)A method and an apparatus for manufacturing a ring-shaped composite oxide catalyst with high strength by preventing the composite oxide catalyst from being damaged when the composite oxide catalyst is extracted from a rotary tablet making machine with a scraper. In the method, a catalyst molded body molded by the rotary tablet making machine is extracted with the scraper 4 on a molded body extraction stage (D) of the making machine to remove the catalyst molded body from the making machine. The composite oxide catalyst is manufactured by using the rotary tablet making machine in which the scraper (4) comprises a damping material (14) with a Poisson’s ratio of 0.4 to 0.5.
(FR)L'invention porte sur un procédé et sur un appareil de fabrication d'un catalyseur d'oxyde composite annulaire, de grande résistance, qui empêche ledit catalyseur d'être endommagé lorsqu'il est extrait avec un racloir d'une machine rotative de fabrication de comprimés. Selon ce procédé, un corps moulé de catalyseur moulé par la machine rotative de fabrication de comprimés est extrait avec le racloir (4) au niveau d'un étage d'extraction (D) de ladite machine afin de retirer le corps moulé du catalyseur de la machine de fabrication. Pour fabriquer le catalyseur d'oxyde composite, on utilise la machine rotative de fabrication de comprimés dans laquelle le racloir (4) comprend un matériau d'amortissement (14) ayant un coefficient de Poisson compris entre 0,4 et 0,5.
(JA) リング状の複合酸化物触媒を回転式打錠成形機からスクレーパで抜出しする際の損壊を防止することにより、強度の大きい触媒を得る。  回転式打錠成形機で成形された触媒成形体を該成形機の成形体抜出しステージDにおいてスクレーパ4で抜出し、成形機から取り出す複合酸化物触媒の製造方法において、前記スクレーパ4がポアソン比0.4~0.5の緩衝材14を具備している回転式打錠成形機を使用して複合酸化物触媒を製造する。
