The present invention provides systems and methods for determining optimal primers to be used for unbiased genome amplification. The methods for determining the optimal primers employ computer-based algorithms. In one embodiment, a genetic algorithms-based method for selecting primers for genomic DNA amplification is provided. In addition, the present invention provides a system for executing genetic algorithms-based methods for selecting primers for genomic DNA amplification. Furthermore, the present invention provides a number of hexamers that can be used for unbiased amplification of human genomic DNA.

L'invention a pour objet des systèmes et des procédés de détermination d'amorces optimales que l'on peut utiliser pour l'amplification génomique non polarisée. Les procédés de détermination des amorces optimales utilisent des algorithmes informatiques. Dans un mode de réalisation, le procédé utilisant des algorithmes génétiques permettant de sélectionner des amorces pour l'amplification d'ADN génomique fait également l'objet de cette invention. Par ailleurs, l'invention a pour objet un système d'exécution de procédé utilisant des algorithmes génétiques permettant de sélectionner des amorces pour l'amplification d'ADN génomique. L'invention a finalement pour objet un certain nombre d'hexamères que l'on peut utiliser pour l'amplification non polarisée d'un ADN génomique humain.
