(EN)A protein having a polymer bonded thereto is reacted with a mercapto-containing compound to thereby remove polymer molecules bonded to the mercapto groups of cysteine residues through an ester linkage. Thus, a polymer composite of the protein can be produced without considerably lowering functions of the protein.
(FR)L'invention concerne une protéine à laquelle est lié un polymère qui réagit avec un composé contenant un groupe mercapto afin d'enlever des molécules polymères liées aux groupes mercapto de résidus de cystéine par le biais d'une liaison ester. Ainsi, on peut produire un composite polymère de la protéine sans pour autant réduire considérablement des fonctions de la protéine.
