Anreicherung eines Phosphorpentafluorid-Chlorwasserstoff-Gemisches erfolgt durch eine Druckdestillation bei 30 bis 60 bar, wobei die Fraktionierung in einem Temperaturbereich nahe unterhalb bzw. oberhalb der kritischen Temperatur des Phosphorpentafluorides jedoch unterhalb der kritischen Temperatur des Chlorwasserstoffes durchgeführt wird.
(EN)According to the invention, the isolation or enrichment of a mixture of phosphorus pentafluoride and hydrogen chloride takes place by means of a pressure distillation at between 30 and 60 bar, whereby fractionation occurs in a temperature range that lies just below or above the critical temperature of the phosphorus pentafluoride but below the critical temperature of the hydrogen chloride.
