Abstract
(EN) A register adjusting structure of a split plate cylinder capable of facilitating the assembly of the split plate cylinder, preventing an axial adjusting means and a circumferential adjusting means from being axially largely projected from the split plate cylinder, and facilitating maintenance. The register adjusting structure comprises axially adjusting means (C) and (D) performing the axial register adjustment by axially moving the drive side plate cylinder (1) and the operating side plate cylinder (2) and circumferentially adjusting means (A) and (B) performing the circumferential register adjustment by circumferentially rotating the drive side plate cylinder (1) and the operating side plate cylinder (2). Axially adjustment means (D) and (C) of the drive side plate cylinder (1) and the operating side plate cylinder (2) are fitted to the shafts (1c) and (2b) of the drive side plate cylinder (1) and the operating side plate cylinder (2). At least one of the circumferentially adjusting means (A) and (B) of the drive side plate cylinder (1) and the operating side plate cylinder (2) is fitted to the shaft (3b) of a blanket cylinder (3).
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure d'ajustement de registre d'un cylindre à plaque fendue capable de faciliter l'assemblage d'un cylindre à plaque fendue, évitant qu'un moyen d'ajustement axial et qu'un moyen d'ajustement circonférentiel ne soient projetés de façon axiale du cylindre à plaque fendue et facilitant l'entretien. La structure d'ajustement de registre comprend des moyens d'ajustement axial (C) et (D) permettant d'effectuer un ajustement de registre axial en déplaçant de façon axiale le cylindre à plaque côté entraînement (1) et le cylindre à plaque côté opérationnel (2) et des moyens d'ajustement circonférentiel (A) et (B) permettant d'effectuer un ajustement de registre circonférentiel en tournant de façon circonférentielle le cylindre à plaque côté entraînement (1) et le cylindre à plaque côté opérationnel (2). Les moyens d'ajustement axial (D) et (C) du cylindre à plaque côté entraînement (1) et du cylindre à plaque côté opérationnel (2) sont fixés à des axes (1c) et (2b) du cylindre à plaque côté entraînement (1) et du cylindre à plaque côté opérationnel (2). Au moins un des moyens d'ajustement circonférentiel (A) et (B) du cylindre à plaque côté entraînement (1) et du cylindre à plaque côté opérationnel (2) est fixé à l'arbre (3b) d'un cylindre blanchet (3).
