Eine Dichtungsvorrichtung für Walzenlager mit einer Zapfendichtung (4), der walzenballenseitig eine Ringdichtung (8) vorgeordnet ist, die fest mit einem Ringansatz (7) des Lagergehäuses (5) verbunden ist und deren Dichtungslippe (18) auf der Stirnseite (10) der Walze (1) mit Dichtungskontakt aufliegt, soll so verbessert werden, dass die Dichtungslippe der Ringdichtung kaum noch vom mit Verunreinigungen versetzten Kühlmittel beaufschlagt wird, dass sie eine größere Lebensdauer aufweist und bei der kein Spritzwasser in Abflussöffnungen eindringen kann. Dazu wird vorgeschlagen, dass ein im Querschnitt L-förmiges Ringprofil (11) mit seinem ersten Schenkel (12) mit der Stirnseite (14) der Walze (1) fest verbunden ist, dass die Dichtungslippe (18) auf Bereichen des ersten Schenkels (12) aufliegt, dass der zweite Schenkel (13) des L-förmigen Ringprofils (11) mit geringem Abstand die Ringdichtung (8) und Bereiche des Ringansatzes (7) zum Walzenballen hin abdichtet und dass der Ringansatz (7) außenseitig und nach Außen offen eine Abflussnut (9) aufweist.

The invention relates to a sealing device for roller bearings, comprising a journal seal (4), which is arranged upstream on the roller-ball side of the annular seal (8) which is connected in a rigid manner to an annular projection (7) of the bearing housing (5). The sealing lip (18) of the sealing device is applied to the front side (10) of the roller (1) by means of a sealing contact. The aim of the invention is to improve the sealing device in such a manner that the sealing lip of the annular seal is barely impinged upon by cooling means mixed by impurities, making it long lasting and ensuring that no undesired water can penetrate into said outlet. According to the invention, an L-shaped profile (11), in the cross-section, is rigidly connected to the first side (12) thereof by means of the front side (14) of the roller (1), such that the sealing lip (18) is applied to areas of the first side (12); such that the second side (13) of the L-shaped annular profile (11) is sealed to the roller balls at a certain distance from the annular seal (8) and regions of the annular projection (7); and such that the annular projection (7) comprises an outlet groove (9) which is arranged on the outer side and is open towards the outside.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'étanchéité pour des paliers de laminoir comprenant une garniture d'étanchéité de tourillon (4) qui, côté table de cylindre, est montée en amont d'une garniture d'étanchéité annulaire (8) qui est solidement reliée avec une pièce saillante annulaire (7) du logement de palier (5) et dont la lèvre d'étanchéité (18) repose sur la face (10) du cylindre (1), par contact étanche. L'objectif de cette invention est d'améliorer le dispositif d'étanchéité selon l'invention, de manière que la lèvre d'étanchéité de la garniture d'étanchéité annulaire puisse encore tout juste être soumise à l'action du réfrigérant qui comporte des impuretés, de sorte que sa durée de service soit plus longue, et de façon que l'eau pulvérisée ne puisse pas pénétrer dans les ouvertures d'évacuation. Pour atteindre cet objectif : une première branche (12) d'un profilé annulaire (11) à section transversale en forme de L est solidement reliée avec la face (14) du cylindre (1) ; la lèvre d'étanchéité (18) repose sur des zones de ladite première branche (12) ; la deuxième branche (13) du profilé annulaire (11) à section transversale en forme de L étanchéifie, à une faible distance, la garniture d'étanchéité annulaire (8) et des zones de la partie saillante annulaire (7) en direction de la table de cylindre, et ; la partie saillante annulaire (7) comporte une rainure d'évacuation (9) qui est située côté extérieur et configurée de manière ouverte vers l'extérieur.
