Title (EN) ANTI-NEOPLASTIC AGENTS, COMBINATION THERAPIES AND RELATED METHODS
(FR) ARGENTS ANTI-NEOPLASIQUES, THERAPIES DE COMBINAISON ET TECHNIQUES ASSOCIEES
Abstract: front page image
(EN)In certain aspects, the invention relates to the discovery of novel compositions for use in the treatment of a neoplastic disorder. Active agents are e.g. ouabain, niclosamide, casodex. Further aspects of the invention relate to the discovery that cell signaling may be exploited to identify significant genes in cancer cell lines and to generate reporter gene systems that may be used, for example, to identify anti-neoplastic agents and effective combinations thereof.
