Title (EN) SURGICAL STIMULATING APPARATUS FOR CONFIRMING WHETHER A THERAPEUTIC LESION HAS BEEN FORMED
(FR) DISPOSITIF DE STIMULATION CHIRURGICAL POUR CONFIRMER SI UNE LESION THERAPEUTIQUE A ETE FORMEE
Abstract: front page image
(EN)Surgical systems are described, said devices and methods including one or more tissue stimulation elements (426, 428, 604) are used for to test the quality of lesions formed during a lesion formation procedure. The tissue stimulation elements are used for applying stimulation energy to lesion tissues and for sensing electric activity in said lesion tissues. Some devices may comprise a tissue stimulation element provided on a suction device (404).
