Abstract:
(EN) Although harmful effects of several edible oils on animals have been clearly indicated using as, for example, life-shortening activity on SHRSP rat, there has been identified no harmful substance other than vegetable cholesterol. In order to promote human health and elevate safety of livestock and poultry, it is intended to provide an edible oil having no or lowered life-shortening activity. Thus, it is intended to provide an edible oil which has lowered life-shortening activity with little change in its composition such as fatty acid composition and triacylglycerol molecular species composition. A method of refining an edible oil characterized by comprising preparing an edible vegetable oil (referred to as an edible oil in short) via conventional steps of deacidifying, decoloring, deodorizing, etc., molecular-distilling the edible oil or heating the edible oil and treating its thin film under reduced pressure, and then removing the distillate.
(FR) Bien que les effets nocifs sur des animaux de plusieurs huiles comestibles aient été clairement constatés, par exemple, par leur activité abrégeant la vie de rats SHRSP, il a été prouvé qu'il n'y avait pas de substance nocive autre que le cholestérol végétal. En vue de promouvoir la santé du bétail et de la volaille et de leur assurer une haute innocuité, il est envisagé de produire une huile comestible ayant une activité réduite à abréger la vie, sans grande modification dans sa composition telle qu'une composition d'acide gras et une composition d'espèce moléculaire de triacylglycérol. L'invention porte sur un procédé de raffinage d'une huile comestible qui se caractérise en ce qu'il consiste à préparer une huile végétale comestible comprenant les étapes traditionnelles de désacidification, décoloration, désodorisation, et., distillation moléculaire ou chauffe de l'huile comestible et traitement de son film mince sous une pression réduite, et enfin retrait du distillat.
(JA) 数種の食用油について動物に対する有害作用は、SHRSPラットの寿命短縮活性などとして明確に示されているが、植物ステロール以外の有害物質は同定されていない。人の健康増進および家畜や家禽類などの安全性向上を図るために、寿命短縮活性を除去し、または削減した食用油を供給することを目的とする。本発明は、脂肪酸組成やトリアシルグリセロール分子種組成などの組成に大きな変化はないが、寿命短縮活性を削減した食用油を提供する。本発明による食用油の精製方法は、通常の脱酸、脱色、脱臭工程などを経て調製された食用植物油(食用油と略す)を分子蒸留し、あるいは加熱した食用油の薄膜を減圧下で処理し、溜出する部分を除去することを特徴としている。
