A method for automatically adjusting the intensity of a lighting element based on feedback from internal and external sources of light is disclosed herein. A photosensitive element senses ambient light and transmits an electrical signal proportional to the intensity of the ambient light to a driver. The driver automatically adjusts the intensity of the lighting element based on this feedback to provide optimal conditions for the application. In addition, the lighting element transmits an electrical signal proportional to the intensity of the light from the lighting element to a driver. The driver further adjusts the intensity of the lighting element based on this feedback to provide optimal conditions for the application.

L'invention porte sur un procédé de réglage automatique de l'intensité d'un élément d'éclairage se basant sur le rétrosignal fourni par des sources intérieures et extérieures de lumière. A cet effet un élément photosensible détecte la lumière ambiante et transmet un signal proportionnel à son intensité à un pilote qui ajuste automatiquement l'intensité de l'élément d'éclairage pour assurer des conditions optimales pour l'application. De plus, l'élément d'éclairage transmet au pilote un signal électrique proportionnel à l'intensité de la lumière, et le pilote règle l'intensité de l'élément d'éclairage en fonction de ce rétrosignal pour fournir des conditions optimales de fonctionnement.
