(DE)Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Bereitstellung einer an der Autophagozytose beteilitgten Ser/Thr-Kinase als Target für Fungizide, Verfahren zur Identifizierung von Fungiziden, welche ein Polypeptid mit der Aktivität einer an der Autophagozytose beteilitgten Ser/Thr-Kinase inhibieren sowie die Verwendung dieser Verbindungen identifiziert über das vorstehend genannte Verfahren als Fungizide.
(EN)The invention relates to the preparation of a Ser/Thr-kinase as a target for fungicides involved in autophagocytosis, to a method for identifying fungicides which inhibit a polypeptide due to the activity of a Ser/Thr kinase involved in autophagocytosis, and to the use of said compounds identified by the above mentioned method as fungicides.
