Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung, mit der beispielsweise ein Aerosol zum Schmieren und/oder Kühlen eines Aerosolverbrauchers (16, 17), wie Werkzeugen (16) und/oder Werkstücken (17), verwendet werden kann. Das Aerosol wird in einem Aerosolerzeuger (3) aus einer Flüssigkeit und einem Trägergas erzeugt und entlang eines Strömungsweges (11) zu dem Aerosolverbraucher (16, 17) geleitet. Um bei einer Unterbrechung des Aerosolverbrauchsvorganges seitens des Aerosolverbrauchers (16, 17), wie beispielsweise bei einem Werkzeugwechsel (28), die Qualität des Aerosols nicht zu beeinträchtigen, ist erfindungsgemäß ein Fluidschaltorgan (13) mit einer Abzweigung (15') vorgesehen, das von einer Betriebsstellung (14) in eine Bypass-Stellung (15) überführbar ist. In der Betriebsstellung (14) ist das Aerosol zum Aerosolverbraucher (16, 17) geleitet, in der Bypass-­Stellung (15) durch die Abzweigung (15') im Wesentlichen am Aerosolverbraucher vorbei.
(EN) The invention relates to a method and device enabling, for example, an aerosol for lubricating and/or cooling an aerosol consumer (16,17) such as tools (17) and/or workpieces (17), to be used. The aerosol is created from a liquid and a carrier gas in an aerosol generator (3) and is conducted along a flow path (11) to the aerosol consumer (16,17). If the aerosol consumption process is interrupted in the aerosol consumer (16,17), as for example when a tool is changed (28), a fluid switching element (13) is provided in order to maintain the quality of the aerosol, said switching element comprising a branching element (15') which can be shifted from an operating position (14) to a bypass position (15). The aerosol is conducted to the aerosol consumer (16,17) in the operating position (14). In the bypass position (15), the aerosol is substantially conducted past the aerosol consumer by the branching element (15').
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif grâce auxquels, par exemple, un aérosol peut être utilisé pour lubrifier et/ou refroidir un consommateur d'aérosol (16, 17), tel que des outils (16) et/ou des pièces (17).
