(EN) A cell culture method comprising: the step of adhering cells to the surface of a base material for cell alignment having an altered cell-adhesiveness pattern in which a zone showing favorable cell adhesiveness and a zone inhibiting cell adhesion are patterned on the base material; the step of transcribing the adhered cells in a patterned state onto the cell culture base material; and the step of culturing the cells thus transcribed.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de culture cellulaire qui comprend les étapes suivantes : adhésion de cellules à la surface d'un matériau de base pour alignement cellulaire, avec profil d'adhésion cellulaire modifié, dans lequel une zone à adhésion cellulaire favorable et une zone à inhibition d'adhésion cellulaire sont établies sur le matériau de base ; transcription des cellules d'adhésion selon profil sur le matériau de base pour culture cellulaire ; et culture cellulaire suite à la transcription ainsi effectuée.
