Abstract:
(EN) A polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin composition for laser welding which can be evenly welded to attain high weld strength although it contains PBT as the base. The laser-weldable resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a polybutylene terephthalate resin (homopolyester or copolyester) (A), 1 to 50 parts by weight of an elastomer (B) such as a thermoplastic polystyrene elastomer or thermoplastic polyester elastomer, 5 to 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin (C), 1 to 10 parts by weight of a plasticizer (D) (e.g., an aromatic polycarboxylic ester or acrylic plasticizer), and 0 to 100 parts by weight of a filler or reinforcement (E) such as glass fibers. This resin composition gives a molded article in which the light transmittance fluctuates little from part to part. This molded article can hence be evenly laser-welded to a mating material.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de résine de polybutylène téréphtalate (PBT) pour soudage au laser, pouvant être soudée uniformément pour fournir une résistance de soudure élevée, bien qu'elle soit à base de PBT. Cette composition de résine soudable au laser comprend 100 parties en poids d'une résine de polybutylène téréphtalate (homopolyester ou copolyester) (A), 1 à 50 parties en poids d'un élastomère (B) tel qu'un élastomère polystyrène thermoplastique ou un élastomère polyester thermoplastique, 5 à 100 parties en poids d'une résine de polycarbonate (C), 1 à 10 parties en poids d'un plastifiant (D) (p. ex. un plastifiant acrylique ou estérique polycarboxylique aromatique) et 0 à 100 parties en poids d'une charge ou d'un renfort (E), p. ex. des fibres de verre. Cette composition de résine fournit un article moulé dans lequel la transmission de la lumière fluctue peu de partie en partie. Cet article moulé peut donc être soudé au laser uniformément à un matériau correspondant.
(JA)  ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)をベースとしながらも、均一に溶着可能であり、高い溶着強度を有するレーザ溶着用PBT系樹脂組成物、及び成形品を提供する。  レーザ溶着性樹脂組成物は、ポリブチレンテレフタレート系樹脂(ホモポリエステル又はコポリエステル)(A)100重量部に対して、ポリスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーやポリエステル系熱可塑性エラストマーなどのエラストマー(B)1~50重量部と、ポリカーボネート系樹脂(C)5~100重量部と、可塑剤(芳香族多価カルボン酸エステル、アクリル系可塑剤など)(D)1~10重量部と、ガラス繊維などの充填剤又は補強剤(E)0~100重量部を含む。この樹脂組成物で成形品を調製すると、前記成形品の部位による光線透過率の変動幅が小さい。そのため、相手材と均一にレーザ溶着できる。
