Abstract:
(EN) A switching power supply apparatus has a main switch (Q1) connected to a DC power supply (1) via a primary winding (N1). A smoothing capacitor (C0) is connected to a secondary winding (N2) via a sync rectifying element (Q2), which comprising a parallel circuit of a sync rectifying semiconductor switch (8) and a diode (D0). In order to render the sync rectifying semiconductor switch (8) ON during ON-state of the diode (D0), there are provided an ON-period deciding capacitor (C1), a charging diode (D1), a resistor (R1), a discharging resistor (R2), switch state signal detecting means (11), and logic circuit means (20). The logic circuit means (20) can precisely establish the ON-period of the sync rectifying semiconductor switch (8).
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil d'alimentation à puissance de commutation comprenant un commutateur principal (Q1) relié à une source d'alimentation c.c. (1) via un enroulement primaire (N1). Un condensateur de lissage (C0) est relié à un enroulement secondaire (N2) via un rectificateur sync (Q2), qui comprend un circuit parallèle de commutateur à semi-conducteur rectificateur sync (8) et une diode (D0). Pour mettre le commutateur (8) en marche (ON) durant l'état ON de la diode (D0), on dispose d'un condensateur de décision de période ON (C1), d'une diode de charge (D1), d'une résistance (R1), d'une résistance de décharge (R2), d'un système de détection de signal d'état de commutateur (11), et d'un circuit logique (20), lequel peut établir avec précision le période ON du commutateur (8).
(JA) スイッチング電源装置は、直流電源1に1次巻線N1 を介して接続された主スイッチQ1 を有する。2次巻線N2 に同期整流素子Q2 を介して平滑コンデンサCo が接続されている。同期整流素子Q2 は同期整流半導体スイッチ8とダイオードD0との並列回路から成る。ダイオードD0がオンになる期間中に同期整流半導体スイッチ8をオンにするためにオン期間決定用コンデンサC1 、充電用ダイオードD1 、抵抗R1 、放電用抵抗R2 、スイッチ状態信号検出手段11、論理回路手段20が設けられている。論理回路手段20によって同期整流半導体スイッチ8のオン期間を正確に設定することができる。
