Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to expression constructs comprising the coding nucleic acid sequence for a shuttle peptide construct that can be processed by yeast cells. Also disclosed are adequate expression vectors containing such constructs, methods for the recombinant production of target proteins, which are carried out with the aid thereof, hosts transformed therewith, shuttle peptides and nucleic acid sequences coding therefor, nucleic acid sequences that code for such shuttle peptides and are fused with a foreign protein, hydrophobin proteins produced by means of such shuttle peptides, and the use of hydrophobins for coating objects such as leather.
(FR) L'invention concerne des constructions d'expression comprenant la séquence d'acide nucléique codant pour une construction de peptide navette pouvant être traité par des cellules de levure ; des vecteurs d'expression correspondants renfermant de telles constructions ; des procédés mis en oeuvre au moyen de ces produits, pour la production recombinante de protéines cibles ; des hôtes ainsi transformés ; des peptides navettes et des séquences d'acide nucléique codant pour ceux-ci ; des séquences d'acides nucléiques codant pour de tels peptides navettes, fusionnés avec une protéine étrangère ; des hydrophobines-protéines produites en utilisant de tels peptides navettes, ainsi que l'utilisation d'hydrophobines pour le revêtement d'objets, par exemple, du cuir.
