Abstract:
(EN) A motor comprising a stator (1) consisting of a magnetic element around which no field magnetic winding is wound, a rotor (4) disposed on the inner side of the stator (1) and wound with a rotor winding (5), a commutator (7), and a brush (8), an electromagnet being formed by a current supplied to the rotor winding (5) via the brush (8) and the commutator (7), wherein a plurality of protrusions (21) are intermittently formed on the inner peripheral surface of the stator (1), a brush rotation/retention unit (9) for rotating and retaining the brush (8) is provided such that the magnetic pole axis of the electromagnet is deviated a specified angle from the center axis of protrusions (21), and an attraction force between the electromagnet and the protrusions (21) is used to rotate the rotor (4), whereby the motor has a simple, low-cost, easy-to-downsize structure, and can increase a magnetic flux density and an efficiency.
(FR) L'invention concerne un moteur comprenant un stator (1) constitué d'un élément magnétique autour duquel il n'y a aucun enroulement à champ magnétique, un rotor (4) disposé du côté intérieur du stator (1) et enroulé avec un enroulement de rotor (5), un commutateur (7) et une brosse (8), un électroaimant étant formé par un courant alimentant l'enroulement du rotor (5) par le biais de la brosse (8) et le commutateur (7). Plusieurs saillies (21) sont formées de manière intermittente sur la surface périphérique interne du stator (1). Une unité de rotation/retenue (9), qui fait tourner et retient la brosse (8), permet à l'axe du pôle magnétique de l'électroaimant de s'écarter suivant un angle spécifié de l'axe central des saillies (21), et une force d'attraction entre l'électroaimant et les saillies (21) est utilisée pour faire tourner le rotor (4), et le moteur, dont la structure est simple, peu coûteuse et facile à réduire, peut accroître la densité et l'efficacité du flux magnétique.
(JA) 界磁巻線が巻回されていない磁性体から成る固定子(1)と、固定子(1)の内側に配設され回転子巻線(5)が巻かれた回転子(4)と、整流子(7)と、ブラシ(8)とを有し、ブラシ(8)および整流子(7)を介して回転子巻線(5)に流した電流によって電磁石を形成する電動機において、固定子(1)の内周面に複数の凸部(21)を間欠的に形成し、凸部(21)の中心軸に対して電磁石の磁極軸が所定角度ずれるようにブラシ(8)を回動して保持するブラシ回動保持部(9)を備え、電磁石と凸部(21)との吸引力によって回転子(4)を回転させることにより、簡単、低コストかつ小型化が容易な構造を有し、磁束密度を高くすることができ、効率も向上し得る電動機を提供する。
