Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is an incombustible composition for an access floor board, a method of producing the access floor board using the incombustible composition, and the incombustible access floor board using the incombustible composition. The incombustible composition includes 1 to 90 wt% of stone powder, 1 to 30 wt% of curing fire-retardant resin, 1 to 80 wt% of organic or inorganic fiber, and 1 to 80 wt% of fly ash or bottom ash. Therefore, the incombustible composition is advantageous in that it is environmentally-friendly because it contains waste materials, and that it has excellent hardness, strength, and water resistance. Other advantages are that its production costs are relatively low, and that it has excellent incombustibility, depending on contents of the components constituting the incombustible composition.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition non combustible pour une lame de plancher d'accès, une méthode de production de cette lame de plancher d'accès faisant appel à la composition non combustible, et la lame de plancher d'accès non combustible faisant appel à cette composition non combustible. Cette composition non combustible comprend 1 à 90 % en poids de poudre de pierre, 1 à 30 % en poids de résine de durcissement ignifuge, 1 à 80 % en poids de fibres organiques ou inorganiques, et 1 à 80 % de cendres volantes, ou de cendres résiduelles. Par conséquent, cette composition non combustible est avantageuse en ce qu'elle est écologique, car elle contient des déchets, et présente une excellente dureté, une excellente résistance et une excellente résistance à l'eau. D'autres avantages sont que ces coûts de production sont relativement faibles, et que cette composition présente une excellente incombustibilité, dépendant de la teneur des constituants de cette composition non combustible.
