(FR) ELEMENT BIODEGRADABLE ET/OU BIOABSORBABLE POUR L'OBTURATION VASCULAIRE
Abstract: front page image
(EN)An implantable, bioresorbable and/or biodegradable sealing member, such as a staple, clip, snap or rivet, is used for clamping vessels, vessel side-branches, aneurysms, or any other tube like body-parts or for sealing vascular access sites and wound site management. The implantable, bioresorbable and/or biodegradable member comprises a combination of materials which dissolve or degrade in the human body without any harmful effects on the person that wears the member.
