The invention relates to a method for the production of a three-dimensional multi-material component whereby successive layers of at least one material are printed by means of drop ink-jet-type printing. The inventive method comprises at the least the following steps consisting in: cutting (1) a representation of the mulit-material component into remarkable objects; cutting (2) the representation of the component into print layers, as a function of said remarkable objects; for each print layer, establishing (3) a plurality of discrete spatial print path trajectories; for each print layer and for each discrete spatial trajectory, establishing (4) an assembly of printing parameters which are dependent on the nature of the deposited materials and the deposition conditions thereof; and establishing (5) a rule for the spatial and temporal sequencing of the print path of the print layers and of the discrete spatial trajectories as a function of the objects, the relative three-dimensional arrangement thereof and the characteristics of the printing device. In this way, the method of depositing each print layer can be optimised.

Ce procédé de fabrication d'un composant multimatériaux tridimensionnel par impression du type jet d'encre de gouttes d'au moins un matériau en couches successives comprend au moins les étapes consistant à : découper (1) une représentation du composant multimatériaux en objets remarquables ; trancher (2) la représentation du composant en couches d'impression en fonction desdits objets remarquables ; établir (3), pour chaque couche d'impression, une pluralité de trajectoires spatiales discrètes de parcours d'impression ; établir (4), pour chaque couche d'impression et pour chaque trajectoire spatiale discrète, un ensemble de paramètres d'impression, en fonction de la nature des matériaux déposés et de leurs conditions de dépôt ; établir (5) une loi de séquencement spatial et temporel de parcours d'impression desdites couches d'impression et desdites trajectoires spatiales discrètes en fonction des objets, de leur disposition tridimensionnelle relative et des caractéristiques du dispositif d'impression, ce qui permet d'optimiser le processus de dépôt de chaque couche d'impression.
