(EN)A method for detecting a specified high molecule crystal in a sample solution by irradiating the sample solution with UV-rays and detecting a fluorescent image emitted by the sample in the sample solution. Furthermore, the contour of the sample is detected from the visible light image of the sample contained in the sample solution and a crystal is discriminated from others based on the contour. The specified high molecule crystal in the sample solution is detected by integrating the detection results of the fluorescent image and the visible light image.
(FR)Procédé servant a détecter un cristal moléculaire spécifique dans une solution spécimen par irradiation de cette dernière au moyen de rayons ultraviolets et détection d'une image fluorescente émise par le spécimen contenu dans la solution. Ce procédé consiste, de plus, à détecter le profil du spécimen à partir de l'image de lumière visible dudit spécimen contenu dans la solution et à distinguer un cristal parmi d'autres en se basant sur le profil. Ce cristal moléculaire spécifique dans la solution de spécimen est détecté par intégration des résultats de détection de l'image fluorescente et de l'image de lumière visible.
(JA)本発明の特定高分子結晶の検出方法では、試料溶液に紫外線を照射し、該試料溶液中の試料が発する蛍光像を検出することにより試料溶液中の特定高分子を検出する。さらに、試料溶液中に含まれる試料の可視光像から該試料の外形を検出することで、その外形から結晶とそれ以外のものとを区別する。そして、上記蛍光像と可視光像の検出結果を総合して特定高分子結晶を試料溶液中から検出する。
