(EN)An hydrolytically stable isoelectric hydrogel material comprising a single isoelectric compound having a defined pI value from I to 12 being incorporated into a hydrogel formed by reacting an oligo- or polyhydroxy compound with the single isoelectric compound and a difunctional or oligofunctional crosslinker, wherein after incorporation of the sinlge isoelectric compound into the hydrogel, the hydrogel material becbme' s an ampholytic material.
(FR)La présente invention a trait à un matériau d'hydrogel isoélectrique à stabilité hydrolytique comportant un composé isoélectrique unique présentant une valeur déterminée de pHi de 1 à 12 incorporé dans un hydrogel formé par la réaction d'un composé oligo- ou polyhydroxylé avec le composé isoélectrique unique et un agent de réticulation bifonctionnel ou oligofonctionnel, dans lequel suite à l'incorporation du composé isoélectrique unique dans l'hydrogel, le matériau d'hydrogel se transforme en un matériau ampholytique.
