(EN)The present invention relates to a method for producing a porous material comprising the steps of; (a) providing a C/W emulsion comprising an aqueous phase, a matrix building material, a surfactant and liquid CO2 phase; (b) at least partially freezing the aqueous phase; (c) gasifying CO2 from the liquid CO2 phase to form an intermediate porous material; (d) venting the gasified CO2 from the intermediate porous material; and (e) freeze drying the intermediate porous material at least substantially to remove the aqueous phase and form the porous material. The present invention also relates to a porous material obtainable by the method.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une matière poreuse consistant à (a) fournir une émulsion C/W contenant une phase aqueuse, une matière de constitution de matrice, un agent de surface et une phase de CO2 liquide, (b) solidifier au moins partiellement la phase aqueuse, (c) gasifier le CO2 à partir de la phase de CO2 liquide pour former une matière poreuse intermédiaire, (d) ventiler le CO2 gasifié à partir de la matière poreuse intermédiaire, et (e) lyophiliser la matière poreuse intermédiaire au moins sensiblement de manière à éliminer la phase aqueuse et former la matière poreuse. Ladite invention a aussi trait à une matière poreuse pouvant être obtenue par le biais de ce procédé.
