(EN)A method of manufacturing a motorcycle adopting a dry sump type lubrication system and having a tank-in frame utilizing a part of a body frame as an oil tank, comprising the step (a) of forming an oil tank assembly (100) from a head pipe (10), a down tube (12), and a gusset (14), the step (b) of performing a leak test for a space formed of the head pipe (10), the down tube (12), and the gusset (14), and the step (c) of connecting, after the step (b), a main frame (30) to the head pipe (10) of the oil tank assembly (100).
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un motocycle adoptant un système de lubrification du type à carter sec et ayant un cadre à réservoir utilisant une partie de la carrosserie comme réservoir à essence. Ledit procédé consiste (a) à former un ensemble réservoir à essence (100) à partir d'un tuyau d'amenée (10), d'un tube inférieur (12), et d'un soufflet (14), (b) à effectuer un essai d'étanchéité d'un espace formé du tuyau d'amenée (10), du tube inférieur (12) et du soufflet (14), et (c) à relier, après l'étape (b), un châssis principal (30) au tuyau d'amenée (10) de l'ensemble réservoir à essence (100).
