(FR) DISPOSITIF POUR L’ADAPTATION D’UN DETENDEUR A L’EVAPORATEUR D’UN APPAREIL DE CLIMATISATION
Abstract:
(EN) The inventive device comprises a support part (1) for adapting a pressure reducing valve (2) in an evaporator (3) through which a cooling fluid flows. The pressure reducing valve comprises a flap valve body(4). The evaporator (2) consists of a bundle consisting of a plurality of flat tubes (6a,..,6d,..;7a,..,7d,..) which are parallel in the direction of the width of the bundle and which are spaced at a given distance. The ends of the flat tubes (6a,,6d,;7a,,7d, ) of the bundle are joined to each other by means of a connecting housing (9a,..,9d,..; 10a,...,10d,..). Circulation of the cooling fluid inside the evaporator is organized in such a way that the inlet (11) and outlet (12) of the evaporator (3) are situated close to adjacent tubes. The support part (1) is configured in such a way that it can be connected to the inlet (11) and outlet (12) of the evaporator and is disposed between the alignment of two successive parallel tubes or between the alignment of one tube and the alignment of an end plate (13). The support part (1) defines a housing for introduction of the valve flap body (4). The invention can be used more particularly in air-conditioning devices in motor vehicles.
(FR) Le dispositif de l'invention comprend une pièce support (1) pour l'adaptation d'un détendeur (2) dans un évaporateur (3) parcouru par un fluide réfrigérant, le détendeur comprenant un corps de clapet (4), l'évaporateur (2) étant constitué d'un faisceau formé d’une multiplicité de tubes plats (6a,..,6d,..;7a,..,7d,..) parallèles dans le sens de la largeur du faisceau et espacés d'une distance donnée, les extrémités des tubes plats (6a, ,6d, ;7a, ,7d, ) du faisceau étant reliées entre elles par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un boîtier de liaison (9a,..,9d,..; 10a,...,10d,..), la circulation du fluide réfrigérant dans l'évaporateur étant organisée de façon que les orifices d'entrée (11) et de sortie (12) de l'évaporateur (3) soient situés à proximité de tubes adjacents. La pièce support (1) est agencée pour être reliée à l'entrée (11) et à la sortie (12) de l'évaporateur (3), en étant disposée entre l'alignement de deux tubes parallèles successifs, ou entre l'alignement d'un tube et l'alignement d'une plaque d'extrémité (13), la pièce support (1) définissant un logement pour l'introduction du corps de clapet (4). Application notamment aux appareils de climatisation de véhicule automobile.
