(EN)A method of diagnosing wood decay in which wood decay can be diagnosed readily and accurately from the early stage of wood decay on; and a diagnostic agent used therein. In particular, a method of diagnosing wood decay, comprising infecting an animal with an antigen consisting of a protein of 1,000 to 100,000 molecular weight obtained by culturing natural wood decay bacteria to thereby produce an antibody and bringing the antibody into contact with an extract solution from wood to be tested (test wood) to thereby assess the decay of test wood; and a diagnostic agent used therein.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de diagnostic de pourriture, rapide et précis, dès l'amorce de pourriture, et un agent de diagnostic de pourriture, et en particulier un procédé selon les étapes suivantes : infection d'animal avec un antigène à protéine de poids moléculaire compris entre 1 000 et 10 000 issu de la culture de bactérie de pourriture naturelle pour la production d'anticorps, puis contact entre l'anticorps et une solution d'extrait de bois à tester (bois d'essai) permettant d'évaluer la pourriture de ce bois. L'invention concerne également un agent de diagnostic correspondant.
