Abstract
(EN) A transmission power controlling method wherein on a reception side, an error rate of received data is compared with a target error rate to control the target desired-wave to interference-wave ratio (SIR), and on a transmission side, the transmission power is controlled such that the measured SIR becomes coincident with the foregoing target SIR. The characteristics of correspondences between error rates and SIR’s are measured and stored beforehand, and then used to obtain first and second SIR’s corresponding to the target and measured error rates, respectively. The difference between the first and second SIR’s is used to raise/reduce and thereby update the target SIR.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de réglage de la puissance d'émission. Côté réception, le taux d'erreurs des données reçues est comparé à un taux d'erreur cible pour régler le rapport cible entre l'onde souhaitée et l'onde d'interférence (SIR). Côté émission, la puissance d'émission est réglée de manière à faire correspondre le SIR mesuré et le SIR cible. Les caractéristiques des correspondances entre les taux d'erreurs et les SIR sont mesurées et stockées à l'avance, puis elles sont utilisées pour obtenir des premier et second SIR qui correspondent respectivement aux taux d'erreurs cible et mesuré. La différence entre le premier et le second SIR est utilisée pour augmenter/baisser, et par conséquent, mettre à jour le SIR cible.
(JA)  受信側で受信データのエラーレートと目標エラーレートを比較して目標とする希望波/干渉波比率(SIR)を制御し、測定SIRが該目標SIRに一致するように送信側に送信電力制御を行わせる送信電力制御方法である。予めエラーレートとSIRの対応特性を測定して保存し、目標エラーレートに対する第1のSIRと測定エラーレートに対する第2のSIRをこの対応特性より求め、第1のSIRと第2のSIRとの差分で目標SIRを増減して該目標SIRを更新する。
