Abstract
(EN) The present invention is directed to methods for the synthesis, selection, amplification and isolation of templated molecules having desirable properties. The invention makes it possible to synthesise a variety of different templated molecules other than &agr;-peptides and modified &agr;-peptides. In particular, the present invention enables synthesis of templated molecules such as &bgr; -, ϒ -, ϖ peptides, carbopeptoids, vinylogous peptides, oligoanthrilamides, oligoureas, azapeptides (azatides), oligocarbamates, PNA, oligopyrrolinones, vinylogous sulfonamidopeptide, peptoids, azapeptoids and hydrazino peptides. It is possible in accordance with the methods of the invention to synthesise templated molecules comprising heterocyclic components, such as coumarins and quinolones, pyrazolone, isoxazolone, pyrimidiones, phtalhydrazides, diketopiperazines, hydantoins, and benzodiazepines.
(FR) L'invention concerne des procédés de synthèse, de sélection, d'amplification et d'isolation de molécules structurantes possédant des propriétés recherchées. L'invention permet de synthétiser diverses molécules structurantes autre que les a-peptides et les a-peptides modifiées. Plus particulièrement, l'invention permet la synthèse de molécules structurantes telles que ß -, $g(g)-, $g(v)-peptides, carbopeptoïdes, peptides vinylogues, oligo-anthrilamides, oligo-urées, azapeptides (azatides), oligocarbamates, PNA, oligopyrrolinones, sulfonamidopeptide vinylogues, peptoïdes, azapeptoïdes et hydrazino peptides. Selon l'invention, ces procédés permettent de synthétiser des molécules structurantes comprenant des composants hétérocycliques, tels que : coumarines et quinolones, pyrazolone, isoxazolone, pyrimidiones, phtalhydrazides, dikétopipérazines, hydantoïnes et benzodiazépines.
