Abstract
(EN) Streak defects are reduced by making correction for each unit head even if there is variation in jet characteristic of ink droplet among unit heads and even if there is variation in arrangement accuracy of the unit heads. A liquid jet device comprises a line head (10) where (unit) heads (11) having liquid jet portions are arranged are arranged side by side. The liquid jet device further comprises jet direction changing means for changing the direction of jet of a liquid droplet jetted from a nozzle of each liquid jet portion into one of directions parallel to the direction of the arrangement of the liquid jet portions and reference direction setting means for setting one main direction used as a reference out of the jet directions of the liquid droplet changeable by the jet direction changing means individually for each unit head (11). The jet direction of the third liquid jet portion in each of the “N-1”-th and “N+1”-th heads (11) is the main direction, and the jet direction of the second liquid jet portion of the “N”-th head (11) is the main direction.
(FR) Les défauts de traînée de racle sont réduits par la correction dans chaque tête d'unité même s'il existe une variation de la caractéristique du jet des gouttelettes d'encre parmi les têtes d'unité et même si la précision de disposition des têtes d'unité varie. Un dispositif à jet liquide comprend une tête de ligne (10) dans laquelle sont disposées côte-à-côte des têtes d'unité (11). Le dispositif à jet liquide comprend en outre des moyens de changement de la direction du jet permettant de changer la direction du jet d'une gouttelette liquide éjectée par une buse de chaque partie de jet liquide dans une direction parallèle à la direction de disposition des parties de jet liquide et des moyens de définition de la direction de référence permettant de définir une direction principale servant de référence que l'on peut modifier avec les moyens de changement de direction du jet individuellement pour chaque tête d'unité (11). La direction du jet de la troisième partie de jet liquide dans chacune des têtes « <I>N-1 </I>»ème et « <I>N+1</I> »ème (11) et la direction principale, et la direction du jet de la seconde partie de jet liquide de la tête « <I>N</I> »ème (11) est la direction principale.
(JA) 単位ヘッド間でインク液滴の吐出特性のばらつきがある場合や、単位ヘッドの配置精度にばらつきがある場合であっても、各単位ヘッドに応じた補正を行うことで、スジムラの軽減等を図る。液体吐出部を配列した(単位)ヘッド(11)を、ヘッド(11)間で繋がるように複数並設したラインヘッド(10)を備える液体吐出装置であって、各液体吐出部のノズルから吐出する液滴の吐出方向を、液体吐出部の配列方向において複数の方向に可変とした吐出方向可変手段と、各ヘッド(11)ごとに、吐出方向可変手段による液滴の複数の吐出方向のうち、基準となる1つの主方向を個別に設定する基準方向設定手段とを備える。「N−1」番目及び「N+1」番目のヘッド11では、左から3番目の吐出方向が主方向に設定されており、「N」番目のヘッド(11)では右から2番目の吐出方向が主方向に設定されている。
