Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a rotary compressor having two compression capacities in clockwise and counterclockwise directions. The present invention provides a rotary compressor comprising: a driving shaft (13) being rotatable clockwise and counterclockwise, and having an eccentric portion (13a) of a predetermined size; a cylinder (21) having a predetermined inner volume; a roller (22) installed rotatably on an outer circumference of the eccentric portion (13a) so as to contact an inner circumference of the cylinder (21), performing a rolling motion along the inner circumference and forming a fluid chamber (29) to suck and compress fluid along with the inner circumference; a vane (23) installed elastically in the cylinder (21) to contact the roller (22); upper and lower bearings (24, 25) installed respectively in upper and lower portions of the cylinder (21), for rotatably supporting the driving shaft (13) and hermetically sealing the inner volume; suction (27) and discharge ports (26) communicating with the fluid chamber (299 so as to suck and discharge the fluid; a suction plenum (500) communicating with the suction ports (27) and preliminarily storing the fluid; and a compression mechanism configured to form different sizes of compressive spaces in the fluid chamber (29) depending on the rotational direction of the driving shaft (13).
(FR) L'invention concerne un compresseur rotatif doté de deux capacités de compression dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre et dans le sens inverse aux aiguilles d'une montre. Ce compresseur rotatif comprend les éléments suivants : un arbre de commande (13), tournant dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre et dans le sens inverse aux aiguilles d'une montre et pourvu d'une partie excentrique (13a) de dimension déterminée ; un cylindre (21) à volume intérieur défini ; un galet (22) logé rotatif sur la circonférence externe de la partie excentrique (13a), de façon à être en contact avec la circonférence interne du cylindre (21), sur laquelle il effectue un mouvement de roulement, ledit galet formant une cavité fluidique (29) pour aspirer et comprimer un fluide sur la circonférence interne ; une palette (23) logée élastique dans le cylindre (21) pour être en contact avec le galet (22) ; des paliers (24, 25) supérieur et inférieur montés respectivement dans les parties supérieure et inférieure du cylindre (21) pour le logement rotatif de l'arbre de commande (13) et la fermeture hermétique du volume interne ; des orifices d'aspiration (27) et de refoulement (26) en communication avec la cavité fluidique (29) pour aspirer et refouler le fluide ; un collecteur d'aspiration (500) en communication avec les orifices d'aspiration (27) pour le stockage préliminaire du fluide ; un mécanisme de compression conçu pour créer différents volumes de compression dans la cavité fluidique (29) en fonction du sens de rotation de l'arbre de commande (13).
