Abstract
(DE) Bekannte Tankentlüftungsventile haben einen Ventilsitz und einen beweglich am Ventilsitz angeordneten Ventilkörper mit einem Dichtungselement und einem Dämpfungselement. Das Dichtungselement ist auf einer dem Ventilsitz zugewandten Seite des Ventilkörpers und das Dämpfungselement auf einer dem Ventilsitz abgewandten Seite des Ventilkörpers angeordnet. Das Dichtungselement und das Dämpfungselement sind einteilig und aus einem einzigen Elastomer bestehend ausgebildet. Bei der Auswahl des Elastomers muss ein Kompromiss zwischen guten Dichteigenschaften für das Dichtungselement und guten Dämpfungseigenschaften für das Dämpfungselement eingegangen werden. Bei dem erfindungsgemässen Tankentlüftungsventil wird die Funktion des Tankentlüftungsventils verbessert, indem das Dichtungselement mit sehr guten Dichteigenschaften und das Dämpfungselement mit sehr guten Dämpfungseigenschaften versehen wird. Erfindungsgemäss ist das Dichtungselement (40) aus einem ersten Elastomer und das Dämpfungselement (41) aus einem zweiten Elastomer hergestellt.
(EN) Known tank vent valves have a valve seat and a valve body with a sealing element that can move on said valve seat, in addition to a damping element. The sealing element is arranged on a side of the valve body that faces the valve seat and the damping element is arranged on a side of the valve body opposite the valve seat. The sealing element and the damping element are integral and consist of a single elastomer. In order to choose the elastomer, a compromise has to be made between good sealing properties for the sealing element and good damping properties for the damping element. The invention discloses a tank vent valve in which the function of said tank vent valve is improved due to the fact that the sealing element has been provided with very good sealing properties and the damping element has been provided with very good damping properties. According to the invention, the sealing element (40) is made of a first elastomer and the damping element (41) is made of a second elastomer.
(FR) Les soupapes de purge de réservoir connues possèdent un siège et un corps disposé de façon mobile sur ce siège, ainsi qu'un élément d'étanchéité et un élément d'amortissement. L'élément d'étanchéité est disposé sur une face du corps orientée vers le siège et l'élément d'amortissement est disposé sur une face du corps opposée au siège. L'élément d'étanchéité et l'élément d'amortissement sont de structure monobloc et ils sont constitués d'un même élastomère. Lors du choix de l'élastomère, un compromis doit être trouvé de façon à obtenir des caractéristiques d'étanchéité satisfaisantes pour l'élément d'étanchéité et des caractéristiques d'amortissement satisfaisantes pour l'élément d'amortissement. La soupape de purge de réservoir selon l'invention présente un fonctionnement amélioré du fait que l'élément d'étanchéité possède d'excellentes caractéristiques d'étanchéité et que l'élément d'amortissement possède d'excellentes caractéristiques d'amortissement. Pour cela, l'élément d'étanchéité (40) est constitué d'un premier élastomère et l'élément d'amortissement (41) est constitué d'un second élastomère.
