Abstract
(EN) A base station receiver increases noise factor by introducing Pseudo-Noise (PN) signals when testing an effect of a cell size by a reverse virtual call in a CDMA2000-1x system. The receiver of the present invention comprises: a Front-End Unit (FEU), an Analog Down-Converter Card Assembly (ADCA), a Digital Down-Converter Card Assembly (DDCA) including an Analog/Digital Converter (ADC) and a Digital Signal Processor (DSP) for processing digital signals, and a Multi-Rate Channel Card Assembly (MCCA). The Digital Signal Processor (DSP) comprises: first and second multipliers for down-converting IF-band digital signals outputted from the ADC into base-band complex signals; a Pseudo-Noise (PN) signal generator for generating PN signals; a PN gain adjuster for adjusting a gain of the PN signal generated from the PN signal generator; first and second adders for adding the base-band complex signals outputted from the first and second multipliers to the Pn signals outputted from the PN gain adjuster, respectively; and first and second automatic gain controllers for controlling I (in-phase) and Q (quadrature-phase) signals outputted from the first and second adders for transmission to the MCCA.
(FR) L'invention concerne un récepteur de station de base augmentant le facteur bruit par introduction de signaux pseudoaléatoires (PN) lors de la vérification de l'effet d'une dimension de cellule par un appel virtuel inversé dans un système CDMA2000-1x. Le récepteur de la présente invention comprend une unité avant (FEU), un ensemble carte de changeur abaisseur de fréquence analogique (ADCA), un ensemble carte de changeur abaisseur de fréquence numérique (DDCA) comprenant un convertisseur analogique/numérique (CAN) et un processeur de signaux numériques (DSP) destiné à traiter les signaux numériques, et un ensemble carte de canaux à tarifs multiples (MCCA). Le processeur de signaux numériques (DSP) comprend un premier et un second multiplicateur d'abaissement des signaux numériques de bande IF générés par le CAN en signaux complexes de bande de base; un générateur de signaux pseudoaléatoires (PN) destiné à générer des signaux PN; un dispositif de rajustement de gain PN servant à ajuster un gain du signal PN généré par le générateur de signaux PN; un premier et un second additionneur destinés à additionner respectivement les signaux complexes de bande de base générés par le premier et le second multiplicateur aux signaux PN générés par le dispositif de réajustement de gain PN; et une première et une seconde unité de commande de gain automatique destinées à commander les signaux I (en phase) et Q (phase en quadrature) générés par le premier et le second additionneur pour les transmettre au MCCA.
