Abstract
(EN) An electron-emissive material is disclosed which has excellent electron emission characteristics. A method for producing an electron-emissive material composed of an oriented graphite is also disclosed which comprises a step wherein a polymer film is subjected to a heat treatment in the presence of a second component other than carbon, thereby obtaining an oriented graphite which contains the second component and has a vacancy inside.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau émetteur d'électrons présentant d'excellentes caractéristiques d'émission d'électrons. L'invention concerne également un procédé destiné à produire ce matériau émetteur d'électrons, lequel est constitué d'un graphite orienté. Ce procédé consiste à soumettre un film polymère à un traitement thermique en présence d'un second constituant autre que le carbone, ce qui permet d'obtenir un graphite orienté contenant le second constituant et renfermant une lacune.
(JA) 本発明は、電子放射特性に優れた電子放射材料を提供する。特に、本発明は、配向性グラファイトからなる電子放射材料の製造方法であって、炭素以外の第2成分の存在下で高分子フィルムを熱処理することにより、当該第2成分を含みかつ内部に空孔を有する配向性グラファイトを得る工程を有する方法に係る。
