Abstract
(EN) On a disk substrate (4), recessed grooves (6a, 6b) are formed in the inner and outer peripheral boundaries of a coat region for forming an ink jet printing-use receptive layer (5). The recessed grooves (6a, 6b) are substantially V-shaped in cross-section, the depth (d) being equal to or greater than the thickness of a coating film in the central region (6c) between the recessed grooves. A plurality of nozzles (27a-27h) for a supply means (25) are radially arranged in the central region between the recessed grooves (6a, 6b) and are supplied with a coating liquid in a substantially constant amount per unit area to form a coating film of predetermined thickness. The allocations of the coating liquid used for coating are mutually flattened by leveling. During drying, the coating films in the recessed grooves (6a, 6b) substantially simultaneously dry and contract without drying earlier than the coating film on the central region (6c), so that the receptive layer (5) with a constant film thickness can be formed over the entire central region.
(FR) Sur un substrat de disque (4), des sillons creux (6a, 6b) sont formés dans les limites périphériques intérieures et extérieures d'une région de revêtement pour former une couche réceptrice (5) pour l'utilisation d'impression à jets d'encre. Les sillons creux (6a, 6b) présentent une forme en coupe en V, la profondeur étant égale ou supérieure à l'épaisseur d'une couche de revêtement dans la révion centrale entre les sillons creux. Une pluralité de buses (27a-27h) destinées à un organe d'approvisionnement (25) sont disposées radialement dans la région centrale entre les sillons creux (6a, 6b) et sont alimentées avec un liquide de revêtement en quantité sensiblement constante par unité de surface pour former un film de revêtement d'une épaisseur définie. Les affectations du liquide de revêtement utilisé pour le revêtement sont mutuellement applaties par nivelage. Pendant le séchage, les films de revêtement dans les sillons creux (6a, 6b) sèchent sensiblement simultanément et se contractent sans sécher avant le film de revêtement sur la région centrale (6c), de façon que la couche réceptrice (5) peut être réalisée avec une épaisseur constante de la couche sur la totalité de la région centrale.
(JA) ディスク基板4上で、インクジェット印刷用の受理層5を形成する塗布領域の内外周側境界部に凹溝6a、6bを設ける。凹溝6a,6bは断面視略V字状に形成し、その探さdは凹溝間の中央領域6cでの塗膜の膜厚と同等以上に形成される。供給手段25の複数のノズル27a~27hを凹溝6a,6b間の中央領域に径方向に配列し、所定膜厚の塗膜を形成すベく単位面積当たりほぼ一定量の塗布液を供給する。塗布された各塗布液は互いにレベリングによって平坦化される。乾燥時に、凹溝6a、6b内の塗膜は中央領域6cの塗膜より先に乾燥することなくほぼ同時に乾燥・収縮するため、中央領域全体にわたり一定膜厚の受理層5を形成できる。
