Abstract
(EN) A novel protease; a DNA coding for the protease; and a process for producing the protease. This protease has the properties of: 1. molecular weight of 21000±1000 (by SDS-PAGE) and 2. specific protease activity of effecting incision of a peptide or protein containing the following amino acid sequence (1) at the Gly-Phe site, incision of a peptide or protein containing the following amino acid sequence (2) at the Gly-Phe site, or incision of a peptide or protein containing the following amino acid sequence (3) at the Ser-Leu site. Pro-Gln-Gly-Phe-Gln-Gly-Pro (1); Pro-Ala-Gly-Phe-Ala-Gly-Pro (2); Gln-Thr-Gln-Ser-Leu-Val-Thr-Pro (3). There are disclosed a DNA coding for the protease; a transformant containing the DNA; and a process for producing the protease with the use of the transformant.
(FR) L'invention concerne une nouvelle protéase, un ADN codant pour cette protéase, ainsi qu'un procédé de production de cette protéase. Ladite protéase présente 1) un poids moléculaire de 21 000 ? 1000 (par SDS-PAGE), et 2) une activité protéasique spécifique permettant de réaliser l'incision d'un peptide ou d'une protéine contenant la séquence d'acides aminés (1) au niveau du site Gly-Phe, l'incision d'un peptide ou d'une protéine contenant la séquence d'acides aminés (2) au niveau du site Gly-Phe, ou l'incision d'un peptide ou d'une protéine contenant la séquence d'acides aminés (3) au niveau du site Ser-Leu. L'invention concerne également un ADN codant pour cette protéase, un transformant contenant cet ADN, ainsi qu'un procédé de production de cette protéase au moyen dudit transformant.
