Abstract
(EN) A charge-transporting varnish is disclosed which comprises a charge-transporting material composed of an oligoaniline compound represented by the formula (1) below and at least one kind of solvent. In this charge-transporting varnish, the charge-transporting material is dissolved or uniformly dispersed in the solvent. By using this varnish, a charge-transporting thin film having excellent conductive characteristics can be formed through a short-time firing. In particular, when the varnish is applied to an OLED device or a PLED device, the resulting device can achieve excellent device characteristics such as low driving voltage, high luminous efficiency and long life.
(FR) L'invention concerne un vernis transportant une charge qui comprend un matériau transportant une charge composé d'un composé d'oligoaniline représenté par la formule (1) et d'au moins un type de solvant. Dans ce vernis, le matériau transportant la charge est dissous ou uniformément dispersé dans le solvant. Par utilisation de ce vernis, il est possible de former un film mince transportant une charge qui possède d'excellentes caractéristiques conductrices par l'intermédiaire d'un chauffage de courte durée. En particulier, lorsqu'on applique le vernis sur un dispositif OLED ou un dispositif PLED, le dispositif résultant peut présenter d'excellentes caractéristiques telles qu'une faible tension d'entraînement, une efficacité lumineuse élevé et une durée de vie prolongée.
