Abstract
(EN) A method is provided for manufacturing a multiple-conductor cable with a strong terminal using a smaller number of process steps. The multiple-conductor cable is characterized by having a terminal where a number of conductors are tangled and formed. The method comprises the steps of partially tangling the conductors of a multiple-conductor cable, tentatively forming the tangled part of the conductors, and applying pressure to the tentatively formed part to compress or subject it to plastic deformation.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un câble à conducteurs multiples présentant une borne résistante à l'aide d'un plus petit nombre d'étapes du processus. Le câble à conducteurs multiples est caractérisé en ce qu'il possède une borne au niveau de laquelle un certain nombre de conducteurs sont entremêlés et formés. Le procédé consiste à entremêler partiellement les conducteurs d'un câble à conducteurs multiples, à former provisoirement la partie entremêlée des conducteurs et à appliquer une pression sur la partie formée provisoirement afin de la compresser ou de la soumettre à une déformation plastique.
