(EN)There is provided a piezoelectric material having a movable point defect which is arranged so that its short range order symmetry is matched with the crystalline symmetry of the ferroelectric phase. A large linear voltage effect is obtained by the reversible conversion under an electric field of a domain in the ferroelectric material. Thus, it is possible to provide a piezoelectric material and its element having a large and steep displacement even at a low voltage. Its manufacturing method is also disclosed.
(FR)La présente invention a trait à un matériau piézo-électrique comportant un défaut ponctuel mobile qui est disposé de sorte que sa symétrie d'ordre de courte portée correspond à la symétrie cristalline de la phase ferroélectrique. Un effet important de tension linéaire est obtenu par la conversion réversible sous un champ électrique d'un domaine dans le matériau piézo-électrique. Ainsi, il est possible de fournir un matériau piézo-électrique et son élément présentant un déplacement important et abrupt même à une tension basse. L'invention a également trait à un procédé de fabrication.
