(EN)A transparent conductive substrate for solar batteries is disclosed which has high haze values that vary only a little over the whole substrate and is excellent in light transmittance. The transparent conductive substrate for solar batteries is characterized in that a TiO2 layer, an SiO2 layer and an SnO2 layer are sequentially formed on a substrate in this order, in that the SnO2 layer has a thickness of 0.5-0.9 μm, and in that the C light source haze value thereof is 20-60%.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un substrat conducteur transparent pour batteries solaires, qui est doté de valeurs de trouble élevées ne variant que faiblement sur la totalité du substrat et qui possède un facteur de transmission excellent. Ce substrat conducteur transparent pour batteries solaires se caractérise en ce qu'une couche TiO2, une couche SiO2 et une couche SnO2 sont formées en séquence sur un substrat, dans cet ordre, en ce que la couche SnO2 possède une épaisseur comprise entre 0,5 et 0,9 $g(m)m, et en ce que la valeur de trouble de la source lumineuse C de ce substrat est comprise entre 20 et 60 %.
