Abstract:
(EN) A compound of the formula (I): wherein A represents a ring group connected to the oxygen atom by a C1 to C6 hydrocarbon chain, R is hydrogen or a C1-C4 alkyl, and Q is hydrogen, or an amine protecting group such as acetyl, trifluoroacetyl, benzoyl, benzyl, or trityl, is useful in making thiazolidinedione derivatives (formula (II)), such as pioglitazone, rosiglitazone and troglitazone.
(FR) L'invention concerne un composé de formule (I), dans laquelle A représente un groupe cyclique relié à l'atome d'oxygène par une chaîne hydrocarbonée C1-C6 ; R représente hydrogène ou un alkyle C1-C4 ; et Q représente hydrogène ou un groupe protecteur d'amine, tel qu'acétyle, trifluoroacétyle, benzoyle, benzyle ou trityle. Le composé selon l'invention est utilisé dans la fabrication de dérivés de thiazolidinedione, tels que la pioglitazone, la rosiglitazone et la troglitazone.
