(EN) The invention relates to an electric switch with an active branch (B1) which selectively authorizes the circulation of a two-directional electric current (Id1) between an input (E) and an output (S) of said switch. According to the invention, the active branch (B1) comprises two field-effect semi-conductor components (T11, T12) each of which is provided with a drain (d11, d12), a source (s11, s12) and a grid (g11, g12) and which are connected by their respective sources (s11, s12), a polarization circuit (POL) being provided in order to selectively apply a polarization voltage (Vgs) between the grid and the source of each of the two components, whereby said voltage simultaneously places said components in a conducting state or in a blocked state.
(FR) L'invention concerne un interrupteur électrique dont une branche active (B1) autorise sélectivement la circulation d'un courant électrique (Id1) bidirectionnel entre une entrée (E) et une sortie (S) de cet interrupteur. Selon l'invention, la branche active (B1) comprend deux composants semi-conducteurs (T11, T12) à effet de champ dotés chacun d'un drain (d11, d12), d'une source (s11, s12) et d'une grille (g11, g12) et connectés par leurs sources respectives (s11, s12), un circuit de polarisation (POL) étant prévu pour appliquer sélectivement, entre la grille et la source de chacun des deux composants, une tension de polarisation (Vgs) plaçant simultanément ces deux composants dans un état passant, ou dans un état bloqué.
