(EN)An aggregate particles cement composite containing aggregate particles made of a biocompatible material, characterized in that (1) the above aggregate particles are made of a calcium phosphate based ceramic or a biodegradable plastic, (2) the aggregate particles have a particle diameter of 151 μm to 5 mm, (3) the content of the aggregate particles in the cement is 51 to 90 vol %, and (4) the cement is a self-hardening calcium phosphate cement; an injecting or packing agent for a living organism comprising the composite; a tube having therein the above agent; a device for ejecting the agent comprising the tube; a cement hardened material comprising the composite; and a method for controlling mechanical properties and the like of the hardened material.
(FR)L'invention concerne des particules agrégées d'un composite de ciment faites d'une matière biocompatible, qui se caractérise en ce que: 1) les particules agrégées sont constituées de céramique à base de phosphate de clacium ou de plastique biodégradable; 2) les particules agrégées présentent un diamètre des particules compris entre 151 $g(m)m et 5 mm; 3) la teneur en ciment des particules agrégées est comprise entre 51 et 90 % en volume; et 4) le ciment est un ciment à base de phosphate de clacium autotrempant. L'invention concerne un agent d'injection ou d'emballage pour un organisme vivant comprenant le composite; un tube contenant ledit agent; un dispositif pour expulser ledit agent dudit tube; un matériau durci avec le ciment comprenant le composite; et une méthode de régulation des propriétés mécaniques et similaires du matériau de ciment durci.
