Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides compositions and method for increasing expression of opioid receptors. Generally, the compositions include and opioid receptor inducing compound and, optionally, an opioid receptor ligand. Generally, the methods include contacting a cell with an amount of an opioid receptor inducing compound effective for inducing expression of the opioid receptor and, optionally, contacting the cell with an opioid receptor ligand.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des compositions et des méthodes pouvant améliorer l'expression de récepteurs opoïdes. Les compositions comprennent généralement un composé d'induction des récepteurs opoïdes et, facultativement, un ligand des récepteurs opoïdes.
