Abstract:

(EN)A call transfer service enables a call from a calling party (14) to be transferred from a first agent (10) to a second agent (12) in response to a signal sent by the first agent (10). The call transfer service is implemented with a service node (25) that offers call transfer service functionality, and a service control point (18) providing menu routing. The service control point (18) routes the call to the service node (25) when it is determined that the call requires call transfer services. The service control point (18) also forwards, via a data link (22), data associated with the call transfer service to the service node (25) to facilitate transferring of the call.
(FR)L'invention porte sur un service de transfert d'appels permettant de transférer un appel provenant d'une partie appelante (14) d'un premier agent (10) à un deuxième agent (12) en réponse à un signal émis par le premier agent (10). Ledit service est assuré par un noeud de service (25) à fonctionnalités de service de transfert d'appel et par un point (18) de gestion des services assurant des routages de menus. Ledit point (18) de commande dirige les appels vers le noeud de services (25) lorsqu'il apparaît que l'appel nécessite des services de transfert d'appels, et assure également pour faciliter le transfert de l'appel, la transmission au noeud de services (25), via une liaison (22) ad hoc, de données associées au service de transfert d'appels.
