Abstract:
(EN) A mobile phone has application processor comprising a Static random Access Memory (SRAM) interfaces with a graphics accelerator. A Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) stores frame buffer data that may be transferred to a display through a switch located on the graphics accelerator in normal operation. In a power savings mode, the DRAM may be powered down and data stored in the SRAM may be transferred to the display through the switch. The data stored in the SRAM comprises frame buffer data copied from the DRAM when the mobile phone first enters the powers savings mode.
(FR) L'invention concerne un téléphone mobile qui comporte un processeur d'application comprenant une SRAM en interface avec un accélérateur graphique. Une DRAM enregistre des données de mémoire vidéo pouvant être transférées vers un afficheur via un commutateur situé sur l'accélérateur à l'utilisation normale. En mode d'économie d'énergie, la DRAM peut être mise hors alimentation et les données enregistrées dans la SRAM peuvent être transférées vers l'afficheur via le commutateur. Les données enregistrées dans la SRAM comprennent les données de mémoire vidéo copiées depuis la DRAM lorsque le téléphone mobile entre d'abord dans le mode d'économie d'énergie.
