Abstract
(DE) Beschrieben wird die Verwendung von 6,6'-Dihydroxy-5,5'-dimethoxy-[1,1'biphenyl]-3,3'- dicarboxaldehyde (Divanillin) als Aromastoff. Ferner beschrieben werden Aromastoffkompositionen und Lebensmittel, die Divanillin in sensorisch wirksamer Menge enthalten.
(EN) The invention relates to the use of 6,6'-dihydroxy-5,5'-dimethoxy-[1,1'biphenyl]-3,3'- dicarboxaldehyde (divanillin) as a flavouring agent. The invention also relates to flavouring agent compositions and foodstuffs containing a sensorially active quantity of divanillin.
(FR) L'invention concerne l'utilisation de 6,6'-Dihydroxy-5,5'-diméthoxy-[1,1'biphényl]-3,3'- dicarboxaldéhyde (divanilline) utilisé en tant qu'agent aromatique. De plus, l'invention concerne des compositions d'agents aromatiques et des aliments, qui contiennent de la divanilline en quantité efficace sensoriellement.
