Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Pyrolyse von Biomasse mit einem Heizelement und mit Mitteln zum Führen der Biomasse, wobei während der Pyrolyse das Heizelement und die Biomasse mit einem Druck von 5 bar bis zu 80 bar gegeneinander gepresst werden. Die Erfindung betrifft weiter eine Vorrichtung zum Pyrolysieren von Biomasse, mit einer Materialzuführung (4) und einer Pyrolysierstation (6), wobei die Materialzuführung (4) Mittel zum Erzeugen von Druck zwischen 5 bar und 200 bar aufweist, die den zu pyrolysierenden Rohstoff an die Pyrolysierstation (6) anpresst, und wobei die Pyrolysierstation (6) ein Heizelement (22) aufweist, das im Betriebszustand auf eine Temperatur zwischen 300°C und 1000°C aufgeheizt ist.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for the pyrolysis of biomas with the aid of a heating element and means for guiding the biomass. During pyrolysis, the heating element and the biomass are pressed against each other at a pressure of 5 bars - 80 bars. The invention also relates to a device for pyrolysing biomasses, comprising a material supply (4) and a pyrolysing station (6). The material supply (4) comprises means for generating a pressure of between 5 bars and 200 bars, pressing the raw material which is to be pyrolysed against the pyrolysing station (6). The pyrolysing station (6) comprises a heating element (22) which is heated to a temperature of between 300 °C and 1000 °C 300 in an operational state.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de pyrolyse d'une biomasse à l'aide d'un élément chauffant et de moyens pour acheminer la biomasse, l'élément chauffant et la biomasse étant pressés l'un contre l'autre avec une pression de 5 à 80 bars au cours de la pyrolyse. Ladite invention concerne également un dispositif de pyrolyse d'une biomasse pourvu d'un élément d'acheminement de matière (4) et d'une station de pyrolyse (6), ledit élément d'acheminement de matière (4) présentant des moyens conçus pour produire une pression de 5 à 200 bars, lequel dispositif presse la matière première à décomposer par pyrolyse contre la station de pyrolyse (6), cette station de pyrolyse (6) présentant un élément chauffant (22) chauffé à une température comprise entre 300 et 1 000 °C, lorsque cet élément est en fonctionnement.
