An active oxygen species measuring device characterized by comprising an active oxygen species sensor provided with an electrode capable of detecting as a current the presence of active oxygen species, a power source means for applying a measurement voltage to this active oxygen species sensor, and an active oxygen species concentration measuring means for measuring the concentration of the active oxygen species from the current detected by the active oxygen species sensor. The device can positively measure the concentration of active oxygen species such as an in-vivo or in-vitro superoxide anion radical (O2-⋅), can be downsized in its entirety, can be always mounted to a living body, can transmit measured data to a remote location, can inform the health condition or the like of a living body obtained in a remote location back to an active oxygen species-measured location, and can monitor the health condition or the like of a living body by measuring and monitoring active oxygen species.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de mesure des espèces actives de l'oxygène, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un capteur d'espèces actives de l'oxygène pourvu d'une électrode permettant de détecter, sous forme de courant, la présence d'espèces actives de l'oxygène, une source d'énergie permettant d'appliquer une tension de mesure à ce capteur d'espèces actives de l'oxygène, et des moyens de mesure permettant de mesurer la concentration en espèces actives de l'oxygène à partir du courant détecté par le capteur d'espèces actives de l'oxygène. Ce dispositif permet une mesure positive de la concentration en espèces actives de l'oxygène, tel qu'un radical anion superoxyde (O2-), in vitro ou in vivo, peut être intégralement miniaturisé, et peut être appliqué en tout temps sur un organisme vivant, et permet de transmettre les données mesurées à un site éloigné, de fournir des informations relatives à l'état de santé de l'organisme vivant ou des informations analogues, obtenues dans un site éloigné, à un site de mesure d'espèces actives de l'oxygène, et de surveiller l'état de santé ou analogue d'un organisme vivant en mesurant et en surveillant les espèces actives de l'oxygène.

本発明の活性酸素種等測定装置は、活性酸素種等の存在を電流として検出可能な電極を備えている活性酸素種センサーと、この活性酸素種センサーに測定電圧を付与する電源手段と、前記活性酸素種センサーが検出した前記電流から前記活性酸素種等の濃度を計測する活性酸素種濃度計測手段とを有することを特徴とする。本発明によれば、生体内若しくは生体外のスーパーオキシドアニオンラジカル(02−・)等の活性酸素種等の濃度を確実に測定することができ、装置全体も小型に形成することができ、生体に常時装着可能であり、また測定したデータを遠隔地に送信することができ、更に遠隔地において求めた生体の健康状態等を活性酸素種等の測定側に戻して知らせることができ、活性酸素種等を測定して監視することにより生体の健康状態を監視することができる。
