A method for producing a hydroxylamine compound, characterized in that a nitro compound is contacted with a hydrogen source and optionally a catalyst poisoning agent in the presence of a platinum catalyst fixed on an ion-exchange resin. The method, which uses a platinum catalyst fixed on an ion-exchange resin wherein a platinum metal is fixed on the matrix of an ion-exchange resin, allows the production of an objective hydroxylamine compound, with little formation of by-products, with good efficiency and with industrial safety. Further, the platinum catalyst fixed on an ion-exchange resin is less susceptible to the reduction of its activity even when repeatedly used for many times, since it has a platinum metal fixed on the matrix of an ion-exchange resin, and said catalyst has a very large particle size, which results in much easiness in its handling such as recovering and reuse.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un composé hydroxylamine, qui se caractérise en ce qu'un composé nitro est mis en contact avec une source d'hydrogène et éventuellement avec un agent d'empoisonnement de catalyseur, en présence d'un catalyseur au platine fixé sur une résine échangeuse d'ions. Ledit procédé, qui utilise un catalyseur au platine fixé sur une résine échangeuse d'ions, le platine métallique étant fixé à la matrice d'un résine échangeuse d'ions, permet la production d'un composé hydroxylamine cible, avec une formation réduite de produits secondaires, une efficacité élevée et dans des conditions de sécurité industrielle. De plus, l'activité du catalyseur au platine fixé sur une résine échangeuse d'ions est moins susceptible de diminuer même si ce dernier est utilisé plusieurs fois de manière répétée, car le platine métallique est fixé sur la matrice d'une résine échangeuse d'ions, et ledit catalyseur possède une taille de particules élevée, ce qui facilite sa manipulation, et notamment sa récupération ainsi que sa réutilisation.

イオン交換樹脂固定化白金触媒の存在下、ニトロ化合物に水素源或いは更に被毒化剤を接触させることを特徴とする、ヒドロキシルアミン化合物の製造方法を開示する。イオン交換樹脂のマトリックス上に白金金属が固定化されたイオン交換樹脂固定化白金触媒を用いるという本発明の方法によれば、殆ど副生成物が生成することなく、目的とするヒドロキシルアミン化合物を効率よく、より工業的に安全に製造し得る。また、本発明のイオン交換樹脂固定化白金触媒は、白金金属がイオン交換樹脂のマトリックス上に固定化されていることから、多数回繰り返し使用してもその活性が低下し難く、また、該触媒の粒子径が非常に大きいことから、該触媒の回収再利用等の取り扱いが極めて容易となる。
