(EN) An optical crossconnect system having a optical switch section for switching main signals fed to a plurality of input sections, and comprising means for generating an optical signal monitoring the optical switch section, means for multiplexing the monitoring optical signal generated by the monitoring optical signal generating means with the main signal and supplying the multiplexed signal to the input port of the optical switch section, means for demultiplexing the monitoring optical signal from an optical signal delivered from the output port of the optical switch section and detecting the monitoring optical signal, and a section for monitoring the optical switch section based on information concerning a monitoring optical signal generated from the monitoring signal multiplexing means, information concerning a monitoring optical signal detected by the monitoring signal detecting means and switch control information at the optical switch section.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un système optique d'interconnexion consistant en un répartiteur optique de signaux principaux introduits en plusieurs ports d'entrée comportant: un moyen de production du signal optique de commande du répartiteur; un moyen de multiplexage dudit signal de commande avec le signal principal et de transmission du signal multiplexé en un port d'entrée du répartiteur; un moyen de démultiplexage et de détection du signal de commande à partir du signal optique sortant d'un port de sortie du répartiteur; et une unité commandant le répartiteur optique en fonction d'informations sur le signal multiplexé, d'informations sur le signal détecté, et des informations de commande du répartiteur.
(JA) 本発明の光クロスコネクト装置は、複数の入力部に供給された主信号のスイッチを行う光スイッチ部を有する光クロスコネクト装置であって、前記光スイッチ部を監視するための監視光信号を生成する監視信号生成手段と、前記監視信号生成手段が生成した監視光信号を、前記主信号と合波して、前記光スイッチ部の入力ポートに供給する監視信号合波手段と、前記光スイッチ部の出力ポートより出力された光信号から監視光信号を分波して、監視光信号を検出する監視信号検出手段と、前記監視信号合波手段が生成した監視光信号に係る情報、前記監視信号検出手段が検出した監視光信号に係る情報及び前記光スイッチ部のスイッチ制御情報に基づいて、前記光スイッチ部の監視を行う監視部とを有するように構成されている。
